Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team at the heart of healthcare excellence. As an Admin Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Directorate General Managers and Heads of Nursing within the West Integrated Health Community.

Your key responsibilities will include compiling complex reports and data collection, assisting the PA to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with special projects as needed. You will also provide support to the Personal Assistants to the IHC Directors based at Ysbyty Gwynedd.

Main Duties
