Telesales Executive Opportunity

Agiility Communications LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and bring in new business for telephone systems, business mobiles, and internet connectivity services.
  • Outbound calling to prospective businesses to book sales appointments for our field-based team.
  • Work closely with the senior sales team to close business and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Identify more business opportunities within accounts and upsell further products.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to team discussions to maximize sales potential.
Requirements:
  • Confident and outgoing with a drive for success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic salary of £26,000 with a realistic £10,000 OTE.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with up to two days a week working from home.
  • Travel incentives and quarterly incentives.
