Sales and Marketing Director

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join a privately owned Bespoke Builder based in Liverpool.
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be involved in all aspects of building the sales and marketing department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage performance for the successful delivery of all outright sales, achieving budgeted income within budgeted cost levels ensuring gross margin on turnover target achieved monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Manage and progress the marketing process of outlets via marketing consultants, designers, and advertising companies.
- Update and take ownership of the company website and sales and marketing information.
- Maximise all sales leads with internal and external sales teams, manage their conversion rate targets and ensure profit generation from the sale of homes through creating site-specific effective sales strategies.
- New Build Housing Background
- A collaborative and transparent working style.
- Take and distribute sales build update minutes.
- An understanding of the corporate environment and the ability to contribute to the organisation's corporate vision and strategy through detailed multi-site management.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience of sales essential in either the private or 'Affordable' housing sectors – and ideally both.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivational and supportive management experience and ability to develop and 'grow' sales executives.
- Good market analysis, financial and budgeting skills.
- Ability to play a senior role in the effective operations of the sales team.
- Must hold a full clean driver's licence and be willing to travel.
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager to set the foundations, build a team, and help the company's overall objective to grow into a regional builder.
With this being the first key hire into the department, salary and bonuses will be competitive to the market.
