Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the sales and marketing department. This will involve developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

You will work closely with the Managing Director to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales and marketing professionals and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the new build sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
