Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our sales team, with a focus on driving revenue growth within the EMEA region.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and email campaigns, to engage with decision-makers and influencers.
- Schedule qualified leads for product demonstrations and introductory meetings with our sales team to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize Zendesk (our CRM system) to track and document all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and lead status updates.
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of exceeding lead targets and achieving sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Competitive base salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
