Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our Retail Team in Soho, London. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
* Manage a team of retail staff to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth
* Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising displays and promotional activities
* Conduct regular floor walks to ensure high standards of store presentation and customer service

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve customer complaints
* Basic knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
