We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business partnering excellence and supporting the housing directorate's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective decision-making and accountability.
  • Lead, support, and develop the finance business partnering team, fostering high performance through consistent management.
  • Analyze financial and non-financial data to produce and report meaningful management accounts and finance reports.
  • Coordinate the quarterly forecast and annual budget production, highlighting key risks and opportunities to the Executive team and Board.
  • Assist budget holders with coding and the budget cycle, ensuring variances are understood and addressed, with appropriate mitigations implemented.
  • Adhere to all period end deadlines.
  • Operate with transparency and integrity, ensuring excellent record-keeping for audit purposes.
  • Prepare and present management accounts and reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
