About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor. As a key member of our People Support Centre, you will play a critical role in providing expert HR advice and support to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Lead and advise on all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other business functions to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulatory requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
