About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our People Support Centre as a Senior HR Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR management, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on all aspects of HR management, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Travel to various offices and sites to meet with customers and provide face-to-face support.
- Line manage two administrators, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of employment law and employee relations.
- Ability to travel nationally, on an ad hoc basis, to support our internal customers.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of using HR systems and software, such as ResourceLink and/or SharePoint.
