About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as SEND/Mental Health Support Assistants. As a Psychology graduate or student, you will have a passion for working in education, particularly with children and young adults with additional needs.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £85-£90 per day, dependent on your experience and qualifications. We also offer flexible working hours to suit your studies and a range of benefits, including competitive daily pay rates and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working with children and young adults in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers and SEND staff to deliver tailored learning plans
  • Implementing individualized strategies and interventions to support students
  • Monitoring and tracking students' progress to identify additional support needs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the necessary qualifications and training requirements. All applicants must undergo safeguarding checks and hold a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Additionally, you will need to subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
