**Job Description:**

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEMH school in Lincoln on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.

The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students with SEMH needs and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEMH needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with SEMH students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions and Compensation:

This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work 2-4 days per week. An estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
