Primary SEN Teaching Support Role

We are looking for dedicated and passionate professionals to join our team as SEMH Teaching Assistants in primary and SEN schools across Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting students with SEMH needs to overcome challenges and thrive academically and personally.
This role requires a calm and patient approach, with a focus on building positive relationships and supporting students' emotional development.
Requirements- Experience working with children who have SEMH needs or display challenging behaviour.
- An understanding of safeguarding practices in schools.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
