Support Specialist for SEMH Students

Teaching Personnel is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in primary and SEN schools across Lincoln.
About the Role- Supporting students' emotional development and helping them build resilience.

The Ideal Candidate- Experience working with children who have SEMH needs or display challenging behaviour.
- A calm and patient approach, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- An understanding of safeguarding practices in schools.
Competitive Pay Rate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
