Job Title: Secondary SEND TA

We are seeking several teaching assistants to support pupils aged 5 to 17 with complex learning difficulties, including social emotional mental health, ADHD, childhood trauma, and attachment issues.

A special school in the area is looking for enthusiastic SEMH secondary teaching assistants who can work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to promote positive behavior and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children/young adults with SEMH on a 1:1 basis or in classes. They should be open to working with secondary-aged children and possess the skills of being flexible, proactive, and patient.

About the Role:
  • Support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Requirements:

Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • £86-92 per day
