Support Assistant SEMH Specialist

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. This full-time, temp to permanent appointment offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing essential nurture and helping them develop both academically and personally.
Main duties include leading activities that facilitate students' physical, emotional, and educational development, establishing positive relationships, planning targeted interventions, and participating in meetings to discuss student progress.
We are looking for a compassionate individual with experience in delivering educational support to young people with additional needs. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are committed to inclusion, respect, and high achievement, we would love to hear from you.
