**Job Overview:**
We are proud to support a local SEMH school in Lincoln by recruiting a number of Teaching Assistants on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.
The school can accommodate either full-time educators or those who can commit to 2-4 days per week, with each day being a full day as no morning/afternoon shifts are available.
A meet-and-greet is planned for interested candidates, including a tour of the school and discussion about the role's responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Developing relationships with students and staff
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with SEMH students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
An estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
