We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate with SEMH Specialism to join our team as an Education Support Professional in Lincoln.

The successful candidate will have a BSc (Hons) Psychology or A-Level in Psychology and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of learning difficulties and mental health conditions.

This is an incredibly rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work confidently with groups of pupils, and a passion for supporting students with their personal and academic development.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £83 per day, depending on experience, and includes 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students one-to-one with their personal and academic development
  • Accompany students to their lessons and spend time with them in the student support unit

Requirements:
