**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Experience working with children/young adults with SEMH on a 1:1 basis or in classes
  • Ability to work flexibly and proactively with pupils
  • Commitment to working full-time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits:**
