1:1 Teaching Assistant - SEND Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to develop and implement strategies tailored to the child's specific needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with SEND, with experience in developing and implementing individualised learning plans.
The salary for this role is estimated at £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support for the child, ensuring their individual learning needs are met. This will involve assisting the child with accessing the curriculum and participating fully in classroom activities.
