Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEND/Mental Health Support Assistant to join our team. As a SEND/Mental Health Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEND or SEMH needs in educational settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in SEND and SEMH support, and we offer flexible working hours to suit your studies.
Responsibilities- Support teachers and SEND staff in delivering tailored learning plans for students.
- Monitor and track students' progress to identify any additional support needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for working with children and young adults with SEND or SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
