Job Description

Sja's West is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ambulance Area Lead to join our operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered ambulance services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Ambulance Area team to achieve exceptional service delivery, quality, and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and service integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements

To succeed as an Ambulance Area Lead at Sja's West, you must possess:

  • A strong background in operational management, preferably in a healthcare or emergency services setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered services and improving operational efficiency.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
