About the Role:
Frontline is a leading charity dedicated to improving social work for vulnerable children and families across England. We are seeking an experienced Youth Engagement Specialist to join our Fellowship team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled professional to shape and grow all our work with and for young people with experience of social work, ensuring they have a positive experience. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and strategic relationship builder who prioritises youth voices and partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support inclusive, cohesive programme delivery.
- Lead and grow the young people's advisory board, recruiting and inducting new members.
- Develop a programme of activities for the young people's advisory board and other experts by experience.
- Develop a mentoring programme for all of Frontline's experts by experience through our Fellowship.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about empowering young people with lived experience and integrating their perspectives into impactful social work. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills across diverse teams and a proven ability to build meaningful engagement with young people and stakeholders.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
