Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic People Operations team as a Frontline Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our workforce is deployed effectively, maintaining high levels of colleague satisfaction while remaining aligned with strategy and company goals.
You will be at the heart of our colleague experience, working with the People team and managers across the business on key topics such as recruitment, onboarding & induction of new starters, coordinating people processes and procedures, payroll and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with operational departments to build dynamic and cost-effective people plans for The Championships - with a key focus on frontline recruitment.
- Coordinate all recruitment advertising, screening, interview and onboarding processes through the use of our ATS system.
- Ensure the correct starter paperwork and RTW is on file for all employees and variable workers, in line with Levy standard and legal compliance.
- Continually review the people journey, making suggestions and enhancements to create a diverse and inclusive workplace where colleagues can bring their whole selves to work.
- Working with agency partners with requirements for Championships Frontline support from a BOH and frontline team perspective.
- Working with the Head of L&D, ensure there is a live progressive training & development plan in place for all colleagues during The Championships.
- Create and support with the annual reward & recognition scheme for The Championships.
- Weekly reporting and accountability for labour budgets.
- Succession planning and strategy management.
- Maintain and manage the Workforce management system to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Working collaboratively with operational departments, to build dynamic and cost-effective people plans for frontline initiatives.
- Maintain, enhance and execute processes in place with regards to accreditation, check in, check out, allocation, overbook, shortages, welfare, and any other relevant aspect of the people function.
- Support HOD's to drive and implement people centric plans and activity in line with the People signatures.
- Remain perceptive to innovative ideas and pursue them in a positive manner.
- Wider projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
As a Frontline Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our People team and contribute to the success of our organization.
