Customer Service Liaison Coordinator

Straco Group is a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in providing in-store fixtures and promotions to end users as well as trade. Our in-house design, production, and manufacturing capabilities make us a one-stop-shop for our clients.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to support our Brand Development Manager. This role requires experience with POS processes and excellent communication skills.
About the Job- Liaising with clients to ensure smooth operations and meet their expectations
- Coordinating the movement of samples and prototypes between clients and suppliers
- Scheduling meetings with clients and suppliers to discuss projects and progress
- Managing the team's diaries to ensure everyone is aware of upcoming meetings and appointments
- Raising quotes and invoices for client work
- Tracking the status of quotes and invoices to ensure timely payment
- Attending client meetings and taking minutes
- Preparing briefing sheets and updating internal systems
- Keeping track of designs, artworks, and client approvals on Monday.com
- Maintaining up-to-date records of internal processes and procedures
- Providing information to clients about team members who are on annual leave
- Communicating with suppliers to obtain updates and arrange logistics
- Raising purchase orders as needed
- Booking logistics for delivery to stores and warehouses
- Creating labels and delivery notes
We estimate that this role will be paid approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
