**Job Description:** Mental Health Support Worker

We are currently seeking a qualified Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a leading provider of specialist mental health services, we offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in people's lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct care and support to adults with mental health needs
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
