Mental Health Specialist - Salary: £38,890 - £44,884

In this challenging role, you will be working in the community to provide crisis resolution and home treatment services. As a Mental Health Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality clinical services to patients and their families.

As an experienced mental health professional, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy interventions, care coordination, and supporting individuals experiencing mental health-related difficulties. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing rapid response and assessment of mental health crises in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality clinical service to patients and their families.
  • Provide care coordination and support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Requirements:
