About the Role

This Senior Nurse Clinician position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in physical health work and community mental health settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assessments, medication reviews, and routine reviews, delivering high-level specialist assessments and identifying risks and management plans.

A key aspect of this role is supporting system improvement and design to meet the physical healthcare needs of patients within our Community Mental Health Pathways. We offer a generous annual leave package, up to 33 days, and flexible working options.
