Mental Health Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Professional to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as a Physical Health Pathway Lead. In this role, you will support patients with severe mental illness diagnoses, ensuring they receive high-quality care and treatment.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of physical healthcare needs, including examinations and investigations. You will also contribute to delivering specialist assessments and evidence-based mental health interventions.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as generous annual leave, flexible working options, and extensive health and wellbeing support.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience as a Mental Health Nurse, with experience in Physical Health work. Community MH experience and phlebotomy training are also desirable.
