We are seeking a Mental Health Intervention Lead to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mental Health Intervention Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mental health interventions that promote recovery and well-being for individuals experiencing mental health-related difficulties.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individuals.
  • You will also provide training and supervision to other healthcare professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver effective mental health interventions.
Requirements
  • Dip COT or degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Health And Care Professions Council Registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Member of College of Occupational Therapy.
  • Evidence of extensive post-registration experience working with adults experiencing mental health-related difficulties.
  • Post and pre-registration experience in a range of clinical settings.

  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
