The successful candidate will have a Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and be registered with the HCPC. Experience working with adults with severe and enduring mental health issues is essential. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

In this role, you will provide specialist psychology assessment and interventions, support the development of systemic interventions, and work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. You will also contribute to research, audit, and service evaluation initiatives, ensuring that our services are evidence-based and responsive to community needs.
