Sales Director Northern Europe

Osmii is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales Northern Europe to lead our sales team in the UK and Nordics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales enablement programs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the UK and Nordic markets, including customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
