Job Title: Sales Director for Emerging & Scaled Business in Northern Europe

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Emerging & Scaled business team in Northern Europe. The E&S team focuses on serving mid and small sized businesses with our advertising solutions, helping them reach their audience and achieve their marketing goals on the Spotify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and expand our presence across Northern Europe
* Lead a team of Sellers, working closely with them to drive growth, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional results
* Craft and implement a strategic go-to-market plan tailored to the unique needs of E&S clients across North Europe

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in the digital media space in Northern Europe
* 5+ years of experience in managing a team in Northern Europe
* Proven ability to lead meetings with multiple senior partners
* Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers
* Extensive knowledge of performance marketing, including industry trends, measurement, attribution, and competitive product knowledge
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Deep knowledge of digital advertising buying and ad tech platforms
* Competency in hiring, team building, and mentorship
