Job Title: Head of REOPS - Northern Europe

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Northern Europe team as the Head of REOPS. This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract, and you will be based in London, Ireland, Germany, or The Netherlands, with frequent travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Regional Sales & Operations, Education & Pro managers, Field Sales Managers, Trainers, and Artists.
  • Develop and implement retail and education strategies to keep our company competitive and elevate our brand awareness.
  • Forecast sell-through and productivity targets in close partnership with the Commercial Team.
  • Manage staffing budgets, T&E budgets, and operations/education budgets to drive P&L profitability.
  • Develop and execute engagement and incentive plans to engage our artists and retailer casts.
  • Plan, negotiate, and lead execution of new product and event strategies.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide market intelligence and vision for the region.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Retail Sales and Education at a Head of Level within Beauty.
  • Strong analytical skills to build accurate data-inspired forecasts.
  • Ability to manage store operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Frequent travel required within Northern Europe.
