Job Title: Head of Concierge

Insignia Group of Companies is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Concierge services and travel department. As the Head of Concierge, you will be responsible for enhancing our members' experience through effective management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Concierge professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Front Office and Quality Department to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Provide 24/7 support and handle escalated issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct induction training for new staff and ensure they are familiar with procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and review department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Work closely with the Head of Personal Assistant & Board to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Board and Head of Lifestyle Boutique, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Professional Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a luxury environment.
  • Fluent English and at least two additional European languages, with Mandarin knowledge a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Concierge or Front Desk management in luxury resorts or brands, with a strong understanding of office operations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and stress tolerance skills, with excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Publisher, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers.
