About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Lifestyle Manager to join our team at Ten Lifestyle Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, providing personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance our clients' lifestyles, including travel, entertainment, and dining experiences.
  • Manage and execute complex client requests, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  • Work closely with our suppliers and partners to negotiate and secure the best possible experiences for our clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our business strategy, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and innovation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in the luxury lifestyle management industry.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury lifestyle management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth client expectations and demands, with the ability to tailor experiences to meet their unique needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other technology tools to manage client relationships and experiences.
