Sales Director Northern Europe

Osmii is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts in Northern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Osmii's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Northern European market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
Requirements:
Sales and Business Development:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong understanding of the Northern European market and its key players.
Leadership and Management:
- Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve their best.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional certifications in sales and business development, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
