Job Title: VP of Sales and Business Development

Osmii is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts in Northern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Osmii's business objectives and growth plans.
  2. Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Northern European market.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.

Requirements:

Sales and Business Development:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  2. Excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  3. Strong understanding of the Northern European market and its key players.

Leadership and Management:

  1. Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on developing and executing sales strategies.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve their best.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Professional certifications in sales and business development, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
