Support People with Autism

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker, providing accommodation and support for autistic adults in residential services. As a member of our team, you will work closely with individuals to understand their diagnosis and how it may impact their lives.

Our residential services offer 24-hour support, 52 weeks a year, in urban and rural settings. You will assist individuals in developing personal goals, supporting them to integrate into their community, and transforming their lives. A driving licence is preferred for this role.

**About the Role**

  • Help individuals achieve independence and personal goals
  • Support and transport individuals to integrate into their community
  • Develop individuals' home-making skills and personal chores

**Salary and Working Hours**

This part-time role offers £14,872.00 Per Annum, working 25 hours per week with flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families. The role includes evening and weekend working.
