Telecoms Sales Manager

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecoms Sales Manager to join our team in Chichester. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for training, coaching and development of the Telemarketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training and development of Telemarketing team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to hit targets and achieve success.
* Calling through bought leads and promoting VoIP/Broadband Services to potential customers.
* Booking appointments for field-based representatives and ensuring the team remains on track to meet targets.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of hitting targets in a B2B Internal Sales Role is essential.
* Experience in Telemarketing/Cold Calling B2B is also required.
The salary for this role is approximately £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 24 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown.
