Project People is seeking a highly experienced Telecoms Solution Development Manager to lead the development of innovative telecoms solutions for our clients. As a Telecoms Solution Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised telecoms solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

In this role, you will be involved in leading customer solution development and design, providing end-to-end solution expertise to customers during bid and deployment phases of private mobile network projects. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the sales and technical teams to gather customer requirements and design innovative solutions based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customised telecoms solutions for clients
  • Lead customer solution development and design
  • Provide end-to-end solution expertise to customers during bid and deployment phases of private mobile network projects
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather customer requirements and design innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in mobile network design/solution architecture at a senior level
  • Previous experience in a bid/pre-sales role
  • Knowledge of standard networking protocols and components such as DNS, IP Routing (BGP, IS-IS OSPF), TCP/IP, IPv6, and load balancing

Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits: Flexible hybrid working, UK travel required for customer sites.
