Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving growth through the development of fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in selling and developing business opportunities within the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecom industry.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  4. Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the telecom industry.

Requirements

  1. Proven UK experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the telecom industry, specifically in fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions.
  2. Strong understanding of the telecom landscape, including emerging technologies and trends in the UK.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a dynamic work environment.
