Telecoms Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Sales Manager to join our team in Brighton & Hove.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new business sales and knowledge of the telecoms sector, specifically VoIP and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the telecoms market
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar
  • Experience or strong knowledge of Telecom / ISP sector including VoIP and connectivity
  • Proven personal sales experience demonstrating achievement of revenue targets
