Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in East Lancashire. In this role, you will work closely with individuals to promote their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing person-centered support to enable individuals to live independently
  • Supporting daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encouraging social participation and access to community resources
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for working with people with learning disabilities, autism, or other complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and varied shift patterns
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
