Residential Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Male Support Worker in Accrington. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities, focusing on empowerment, choice, and autonomy.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred plans, prioritising the needs and wants of each individual. A strong emphasis is placed on building positive relationships and promoting independence.

About the Role- Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities, developing and implementing person-centred plans, and maintaining a professional approach when dealing with complex behaviours.
- Requirements: Previous experience is advantageous but full training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not require sponsorship.
