About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at Guardian Homecare Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will be working directly with our clients, providing personal care and support to enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support
