Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide effective support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities in our innovative Supported Living service in Accrington.
The ideal candidate will be positive, possess a can-do attitude and have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
You will develop person-centred plans, meeting the needs and wants of each individual, and maintain a professional approach when dealing with complex behaviours.
Previous experience is advantageous but full training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not require sponsorship.
This role offers a competitive pay rate, Premium Overtime rates, Double time for Bank Holidays, career progression opportunities, and access to training and development.
About the Role- Competitive Salary: £23,500 per annum
