Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our reputable care home in Accrington. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to our residents with specialist needs. Our care home provides excellent support and resources to our staff to ensure they can excel in their roles and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Experience working as a Care Assistant within a Care Home setting
- Experience leading and supporting a team
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
