About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will be supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain their individuality and vital independence.
You will help residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms and bathrooms at their request. You'll also assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing, ensuring the importance of privacy and dignity is maintained.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by being a part of the recreational and social activities with residents, and as a group. Your kind smile and supportive word will make a positive impact on our residents' lives.
