About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the mental health rehabilitation service in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a valued team of healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that residents receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including budgeting, HR, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as funders, families, and multi-disciplinary teams, to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • A current NMC Pin Registration and a legal right to work in the U.K.
  • Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience.
  • Independent and self-motivated with robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations and legislation.
  • Strong person-focused attitude and good organisational skills with ability to prioritise as appropriate.
  • The ability to influence and advise at all levels and good understanding of safeguarding.
  • Minimum Safeguard Level 3 training.
