Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our small residential care home, supporting adults with complex mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the service to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all regulations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans, focusing on person-centred care.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and relevant legislation, participating in on-call duties for leadership support during non-office hours.
