Senior Clinical Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner to take on a leadership role in our care homes team. As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, carers, and colleagues, while also leading by example and promoting high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, with experience in managing long-term conditions and a proven ability to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of their own practice. They will be expected to work autonomously within their scope of practice, making decisions and taking responsibility for patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans for patients in care homes.
- Lead by example and promote high-quality care among team members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, carers, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (currently registered with the Nursing Midwifery Council)
- Masters Degree
- Qualification in Advanced Digital Badge
- Teaching or mentoring experience and/or qualification
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
- Experience in the management of long-term conditions
